Purpose and legal basis

Contact form submissions are transmitted via email and are not stored on our servers or in any database. Once delivered, no copy is retained by Fondera. Email records are subject to the email provider's standard retention policies.

Data sharing

Your data is transmitted via Resend (email delivery service, US-based, EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified) to deliver your message. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party.

Cookies and tracking

fondera.ai does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking technology. We do not track your browsing behaviour. Only essential technical cookies required for the website to function may be set by our hosting provider (Vercel).

Products

All products sold by Fondera are digital goods delivered electronically. Products are provided as-is at the time of purchase. Product descriptions on the store page form part of these terms.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive immediate access to download or use the purchased content. If you experience any delivery issues, contact fonderaluna@gmail.com.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery.

Refund policy

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be "returned." If a product is defective or does not match its description, contact fonderaluna@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual property

Purchased products are licensed for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publicly publish the content. All intellectual property rights remain with Fondera. Buyers receive updates to purchased products at no additional cost.

Limitation of liability

Fondera's products are tools and educational materials. They do not guarantee trading results. Fondera's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product. Fondera is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute shall first be addressed by contacting fonderaluna@gmail.com. If unresolved, disputes are subject to French law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Reims, France. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

fondera.ai does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may set strictly necessary technical cookies required for the website to function correctly (e.g., load balancing, security).
