Scope
These terms govern the purchase of digital products (prompts, tools, templates) from Fondera via fondera.ai/store or any third-party platform (e.g., Whop). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Products
All products sold by Fondera are digital goods delivered electronically. Products are provided as-is at the time of purchase. Product descriptions on the store page form part of these terms.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive immediate access to download or use the purchased content. If you experience any delivery issues, contact charlie@fondera.ai.
Right of withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery.
Refund policy
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be "returned." If a product is defective or does not match its description, contact charlie@fondera.ai and we will resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Intellectual property
Purchased products are licensed for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publicly publish the content. All intellectual property rights remain with Fondera. Buyers receive updates to purchased products at no additional cost.
Limitation of liability
Fondera's products are tools and educational materials. They do not guarantee trading results. Fondera's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product. Fondera is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute shall first be addressed by contacting charlie@fondera.ai. If unresolved, disputes are subject to French law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Reims, France. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
