Data collected
We collect personal data in the following situations:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, message content
- Cookies: strictly necessary technical cookies set by our hosting provider (see Cookie Policy below)
We do not use website analytics or any third-party tracking technology.

- Responding to your enquiries
- Managing our commercial relationship and following up on your enquiry (CRM)
- Providing AI consulting services
- Ensuring website functionality

Data retention
Contact form data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 5 years (prescription civile under French law). Form submissions are transmitted to us by email through our delivery service and are also recorded in our own database, hosted on our European infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany), so that an enquiry cannot be lost to an unread inbox. Database records are subject to the same retention period, and all the rights described below apply equally to them.
Third parties
Your data may be processed by the following third parties:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, including our database): Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Data is hosted within the European Economic Area.
- Google (email delivery via Gmail SMTP): contact, quote and support form submissions are sent by email through Google. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with transfers also covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (Règlement UE 2016/679) and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Data portability
- Object to processing
- Restrict processing
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

Automated decision-making
We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.

This site uses only essential technical cookies required for functionality. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Our infrastructure may set strictly necessary technical cookies required for the website to function correctly (e.g., security). These cookies do not collect personal data and are exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5(3) Directive 2002/58/EC) and CNIL guidelines.
