Contact form data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 5 years (prescription civile under French law). Contact form submissions are transmitted via email through our delivery service and are not stored in a separate database.

• Vercel Inc. (hosting) — 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Data transfers governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Resend (email delivery) — US-based, EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party.

This site uses only essential technical cookies required for functionality. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may set strictly necessary technical cookies required for the website to function correctly (e.g., load balancing, security). These cookies do not collect personal data and are exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5(3) Directive 2002/58/EC) and CNIL guidelines.
